:: Anodizing

Anodized aluminum has a very durable surface that is unaffected by weather and many chemicals. The surface will resist high temperatures, even a blowtorch, for short periods. Dyes can be mixed together to create a host of different colors.

:: Hard Chrome

Hard Chrome Plate

 

Usually used to build up shafts or areas on steel that are subject to severe wear. The hard chrome plating process can take several hours to build up. We will be doing R&D using the hard chrome on transmission gears and seeing how well it holds up under high horsepower applications.
